The Flowrun FRAC is an air-cooled centrifugal process pump engineered for high-temperature applications where external water cooling infrastructure is unavailable, impractical, or undesirable. By leveraging advanced mechanical design and natural convection principles, the FRAC dissipates heat from casing to bearing without any cooling water — dramatically reducing operational complexity, installation cost, and fouling risk.
Designed to DIN 24256 (ISO 2858) main dimensions, the FRAC is dimensionally interchangeable with standard process pumps used globally, making it a direct fit for retrofit and replacement projects.

Key Features
- Main dimensions per DIN 24256 (ISO 2858) — global interchangeability
- Single entry, closed impeller — hydraulically thrust compensated and dynamically balanced for vibration-free operation
- Pump and motor are separate components connected via flexible coupling on a common baseplate — easy maintenance access
- No external cooling required — temperature drops from casing to bearing via natural convection
- Eliminates fouling concerns caused by poor cooling water quality — zero water-side maintenance
- Stuffing box with shaft seal options — compatible with various gland packing and mechanical seal configurations
Applications
- Hot oil and thermic fluid circulation in heating systems
- High-temperature process fluid transfer in chemical plants
- Petroleum refinery process loops
- Dyes, pigments, and resin manufacturing
- Textile industry heat-transfer systems
- Any process above 80°C where cooling water is unavailable
